0.21 I'm Here, Now What?

Distance Learning Challenges:

Distance Learning creates its own unique challenges and problems.  You may experience all or none of them, but at some point you will struggle with learning via your computer instead of in a classroom.  Some of the challenges we might face are:

• The page, test, quiz, assignment, link is not working for me.
• My internet is not working.
• I can't find my assignment.
• My log in information is not working.
• I can't see the information AND the assignment at the same time.
• I don't know how to...message my teacher, submit my assignment, respond to the discussion, take a screen shot, toggle between windows, split my screen

We are all in this together and sometimes technology is hard and frustrating.  This module will give you some basic answers to the questions above, including pictures so you know where to look.  You can always refer back to this module later if you get stuck.
